This year, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and China, the Sabah Ministry of Industrial and Entrepreneur Development will host the Malaysia(Sabah)-China Economic Forum and Malaysia(Sabah)-China Expo in the capital city of Sabah, Kota Kinabalu, from November 22 to 24, 2024, with the theme "Sabah: A Future Together".
